For nearly two decades, I've had the incredible privilege of helping people transform their lives through real estate, entrepreneurship, leadership, and faith.
I'm Gisela N. Sanchez — REALTOR®, entrepreneur, podcast host, team leader, investor, mentor, wife, and proud mom of two amazing children. While many know me as a top-producing Realtor®, my true passion has always been helping people become the leaders they were created to be. Real estate simply became the vehicle.
Today, my mission is much bigger than selling homes — it's about helping women build lives of purpose, businesses of significance, and legacies that will impact generations.
My story
When I entered the real estate industry in 2006, I had no idea where the journey would lead. Like many agents, I started with big dreams, uncertainty, and a willingness to work harder than anyone else.
Over the years I learned that success isn't simply about closing transactions — it's about becoming the type of person capable of building something that lasts. Through changing markets, shifting economies, personal victories, and professional challenges, God continued to refine my character while growing my vision.
Today, after nearly 20 years in the industry, I've had the honor of helping hundreds of families navigate one of the biggest financial decisions of their lives, while mentoring agents who are now building businesses of their own.
Every chapter has taught me that leadership is influence, service is the greatest marketing strategy, and integrity never goes out of style.

In 2017 I founded AFG Living (All For God Living) — a community where women grow spiritually, personally, professionally, and relationally through Bible studies, leadership events, mentorship, and conferences.
Helping women discover their gifts, develop confidence, build businesses, strengthen their leadership, and pursue the dreams placed on their hearts — from brand-new agent to seasoned team leader.

Behind the business
The most important part of my life isn't found in awards or business achievements — it's my family.
I'm blessed to share life with my husband, Pete, who is not only my biggest supporter but also my business partner as we renovate and invest in real estate together. Together we're raising two incredible children who continually remind us why we work so hard — not simply to build wealth, but to build a legacy.
Everything I do is grounded in the belief that success means little if we neglect the people we love most.
My mission
I believe that true success begins with who we become, not simply what we accomplish. When a woman's identity is rooted in her God-given purpose, she leads with confidence, serves with excellence, and builds a life that creates lasting impact.
Through mentorship, education, community, and encouragement, my desire is to equip women to become confident leaders, wise business owners, courageous decision-makers, and women of influence who lead with integrity, build thriving businesses, and cultivate strong, faith-filled homes.
